North Ryde Psychiatric Centre was a psychiatric inpatient facility in North Ryde, Sydney. In the months before his death in August 1978, David Lloyd-Williams spent time as an inpatient at the centre while receiving treatment for severe depression following the breakdown of his marriage. He was under the care of psychiatrist Dr J E Hoult, who was based at or associated with the centre.
