City Coroner , NSW Coroners Court
Legal Research needed

Stub — John Brian Goldrick was the City Coroner who presided over the inquest into the death of Mark Stewart on 16 July 1976. He returned an open finding: that Mr Stewart died of multiple injuries from a fall from the Fairy Bower headland, but that the evidence did not enable him to determine whether the fall was accidental or self-inflicted. He also found no circumstances giving rise to suspicion of foul play — a secondary finding that the Sackar Inquiry declined to adopt.
